This is Julphar’s first
plant which commenced commercial
manufacturing in 1984. It is also referred
to as J-I. This plant is fully equipped with
highly advanced manufacturing machinery that
complies with International Standards for
Finished Pharmaceutical Manufacturing and cGMP. It specializes in non-sterile solid
dosage forms such as Tablets, Capsules,
effervescent tablets and powders for Suspensions (PPS),
Sachets, etc.
This fully automatic
plant has a highly sophisticated system to
handle the transfer of raw material through
closed systems without cross contamination.
With on-line in-process controls and monitoring
of
the environmental conditions the plant ensures
consistent product quality. Equipped with
fully automatic blistering and cartooning
machines for final packaging, closed
manufacturing systems and well separated
technical floors, it matches with
international standards of cGMP in
pharmaceutical manufacturing.
