State-of-the-Art Production Facilities
Julphar’s nine
state-of-the-art drug manufacturing
facilities located in UAE adhere to
the highest standards of production
& manufacturing practices.
Its commitment to
quality and a continuous endeavor to
surpass its own high standards has
resulted in it procuring
the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
certifications. The accreditation of
our injection plant by FDA, and the
EU-GMP and GLP certifications for
all our facilities are a further
testimony to our commitment to high
quality. These practices and
approvals ensure that an effective
and well-documented framework is
always in place and is strictly
followed not only for manufacturing
of high quality products, but also
for the effective use of resources
and reduction of wastes.
In
addition to the above, several other
support units such as printing &
packaging unit, plastic dosing cap
and aluminum pilfer-proof cap
manufacturing plant, transportation
fleet (MENA COOL), carpentry
workshop, construction division,
design division, etc., form part of
the Team Julphar.
Production
Julphar
boasts of nine functional
state-of-the-art production
facilities, where its entire range
of pharmaceutical products are
produced and packed in an
environment of the most exacting
standards. The nine facilities are
devoted to nine different classes of
products, together forming the core
production facility of the company.
Julphar has a capability to produce
4.8 billion units of various dosage
forms from its dedicated facilities.
