Good Cleaning & Hygiene Practices
Poor CGMP conditions at a manufacturing facility can ultimately pose a life-threatening health risk to a patient, one of the most important cGMP requirement is making sure that production facilities, equipment, utensils etc. are clean and, when appropriate, disinfected & sanitized. The personnel working there must follow good hygiene practices.

Cairo , Julphar Training Center – JTC , Conducts its 1st training center for north Africa 2012 , a total of 140 trainees of Gulf Pharmaceutical Industries employees enjoyed training between the 6th - 15th of March, during that period 8 consecutive training course were conducted a marathon in 4 trainings of effective communication skills , 2 PASS trainings, leadership and managerial skills & line management – workshop where given to Julphar managers.

Julphar GCC Line Managers gathered together in Dubai to attend ,during the 8th - 9th of February , Line Management – workshop , most job tasks for line managers are day-to-day MIO management, providing technical expertise, organization of work allocation and rotas, monitoring work processes, checking quality of calls , dealing with customers/clients, measuring operational performance through adequate leadership management .

1 -2nd of February Julphar training Center – JTC conducted Communication skills training program for Tunisia and Morocco MIOs ,in Marrakesh .15 trainees enjoy this lively training program full of workshops . The difference between the words people speak and our understanding of what they are saying comes from non-verbal communication, otherwise known as "body language". By developing your awareness of the signs and signals of body language, you can more easily understand other people, and more effectively communicate with them.
