Julphar Blueprint 2018

Dr. Ayman Sahli, Chief Executive Officer, led the “Julphar Blueprint 2018” Strategic Management Workshop along with the Human Resources department. The main focus of the two day workshop was reconnecting Julphar’s vision and mission to a clear strategy formulated by all the Directors and Head of Departments while setting a healthy environment for discussion and networking. The workshop carried an informal atmosphere whilst involving all participants in team building activities, structured in a practical way to introduce a new management tool to Julphar known as “Balanced Scorecard” (BSC).
