Julphar KSA comes as one in Istanbul annual meeting

Julphar organised its 2016 KSA Annual Meeting, which took place at the Intercontinental Hotel in Istanbul from January 14th to 18th.

The aim of the event was to celebrate last year’s positive results in Saudi Arabia, one of the main strategic and most profitable markets for Julphar. The KSA team proved its dedication to the company by providing outstanding figures in 2015, and its perseverance made it possible for Julphar to successfully achieve its goals.

The meeting was also the first event to take place following the decision by Julphar to restructure its KSA office organisation. Previously separated into two distinct entities – the consumer line and the specialty line – Julphar KSA is now coming as one, and all employees are expected to come together, coordinate their work, and commit to achieve one goal and set one strategic direction to reach.

“We are now one Julphar,” stated Magdy Elsaaty, the newly appointed Julphar KSA Senior Director. “We can overcome all market challenges if we managed to unify the individual resources within the company. Each team and each business unit have to combine forces into collective power to create synergy and share similar vision and purpose. That way, we will inspire the whole Julphar team and motivate all employees to achieve common goals.”

The 170 Julphar KSA employees, together with the General Manager of the Julphar agent in KSA Cigalah, Dr Medhat Abo Alasrar, and Management Team members from the head office – including Julphar CEO Dr Ayman Sahli, attended the meeting during which the company 2016 vision and strategies have been shared. An award ceremony highlighting best achievers and performers within the team, and brands training sessions delivering new strategies and tactics concluded this four-day annual event.
