New CRM system launched in UAE

Julphar has officially launched a new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system in the UAE.

A two-day kick-off training session was held at the Pullman City Center Hotel in Dubai on May 18th and 19th to train the company’s sales representatives on the way to use the new application.

CRM acts as a point of interaction between the company and its customers. The application contains the latest technologies and practices dedicated to Sales & Marketing and related to the business, and is used to manage and explore in-depth the relationships with customers. It provides and compiles relevant information on them, and support the team in driving sales growth.

CRM is also an important tool used by marketers in their daily work, as it helps identify potential customers and deliver the right promotional messages to them.

“Julphar’s new powerful CRM application will enable our sales representatives and marketers to perform smoothly and more efficiently,” said Mothafar Ismail, Business Intelligence Lead at Julphar. 

“The new system will facilitate the Sales & Marketing team’s daily work and will allow our people to plan face-to-face customer visits, set ambitious objectives and future goals, and improve the overall sales targets,” added Dr Hosam Badr, Marketing Director at Julphar.
