Pantera vial launched in Kuwait

2016-05-08

As part of its commitment to provide valuable therapeutic options in protection and treatment of various acid related disorders, Julphar has launched Pantera vial in Kuwait, the smart acid suppressor that treats and protects patients from hyperacidity through two convenient methods of administration – infusion and injection – while having the lowest potential of drug interactions.

The Pantera launch event took place on April 9th. On that occasion, Julphar invited the former Chairman of the United European Gastroenterology Federation (UEGF) and the former Dean of the Medical Faculty of the University of Basel, Professor of Gastroenterology Dr Christoph Beglinger to conduct a lecture about the newest updates on the use of intravenous (IV) Pantoprazole in the prophylaxis and the treatment of bleeding peptic ulcers. The 100 physicians attending the Conference showed high interest in the topic, due to the importance of proper management of acid related disorders with high morbidities and mortality rates.

Being a market leader in acid control, Julphar strives to present medical updates to gastroenterologists at regular basis in the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region, and to enrich the Gastro Care portfolio with various therapeutic options to meet the needs of patients and Healthcare Professionals (HCP’s).
