Established in 1980 under the guidance of Sheikh Saqr Bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, the late Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah, Julphar has built more than four decades of experience in delivering high-quality, innovative and affordable healthcare solutions to patients and communities across the globe.

 

Julphar’s portfolio spans general medicines and specialty products across key therapeutic areas, including gastrointestinal disorders, respiratory care, pain management, wound and scar care, anti-infectives, anemia, gynecology, dermatology and cardiology, serving both retail pharmacy and hospital channels. Its manufacturing capabilities in biosimilar insulin analogues further strengthen its pharmaceutical portfolio and position in advanced diabetes care.

 

Headquartered in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates, Julphar employs around 2,500 people and distributes its products to more than 40 countries across five continents. The company operates 10 internationally accredited manufacturing facilities with a combined production capacity of up to one million packs of medicine per day.
