Statement Regarding Julphar's License in Saudi Arabia

2018-09-17

"We have learned that our license to export products to Saudi Arabia had been temporarily suspended. At Julphar, we take this issue very seriously and we are working hard to fix it. It is important for us to cooperate fully with the Saudi authorities to identify the root cause of the problems, fix the issues and ensure we get everything right.

We will continue to work closely with customers and regulatory authorities to resolve this issue in a timely manner. We remain committed to following the highest levels of quality and cGMP compliance at all our manufacturing facilities globally.

The safety and well-being of our patients is always our top priority and we never compromise on quality. Our products will continue to be sold in 50 markets around the world. It is important to note, that Julphar’s products that are stored with our Agent and Distributors in Saudi Arabia are still permitted to be sold in the Kingdom.

As more information is available we will be providing updates through www.julphar.net, our social media channels and regular media briefings."
