His Excellency Dr Thani bin Ahmed Al Zeyoudi Minister of State for Foreign Trade and Chairman of the Emirates Drug Establishment visited Julphar

His Excellency Dr. Thani bin Ahmed Al Zeyoudi, Minister of State for Foreign Trade and Chairman of the Emirates Drug Establishment, visited Gulf Pharmaceutical Industries – Julphar in Ras Al Khaimah, accompanied by Dr. Maha Taysir Barakat, Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs for Medical Affairs and Life Sciences and Vice Chairman of the EDE and Dr. Fatima Al Kaabi, Director General of the EDE, and in the presence of Sheikh Saqr bin Humaid Al Qasimi, Chairman of Julphar’s Board of Directors, and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Basel Ziyadeh.

The visit comes as part of the establishment commitment to empowering national pharmaceutical manufacturers and strengthening the UAE's pharmaceutical security system. During the visit, he was briefed on Julphar’s latest pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities and advanced technologies, as well as its achievements and expansions in regional and global markets. His Excellency praised the prominent role played by Julphar as one of the leading national companies in the pharmaceutical industry.
