NAFIS Program, in collaboration with Julphar, organized a workshop titled “Career Orientation Assessment.” The workshop aimed to evaluate employees’ professional orientations and empower them to explore their interests, develop their career paths, and achieve a balance between ambition and work.
The workshop concluded with employees completing a professional assessment test designed to help identify their priorities and outline clear steps for their future career paths.
